Samoan Tanoa (Kava) Bowl
Small wooden traditional Samoan Tanoa (Kava) bowl. These miniature replicas of the larger ones make a beautiful ornamental display piece and have a multitude of different uses e.g. jewellry, potpurri, dips and much more. The larger bowls are used to mix the kava drink for traditional Welcoming Samoan Ava Ceremonies.

Traditionally made using indigenous wood from the Samoan Ifilele tree and carved using authentic techniques by Samoan village carvers from the Poutasi Village Development Trust.
