At Vaoala Vanilla, we take great care to ensure your order is packed beautifully and arrives in perfect condition.

Where We Ship From

Most online orders are shipped from our Auckland, New Zealand hub, where we hold stock ready for local and international delivery. Some products are also available in Samoa for local cash sales only, these are not listed for online checkout. Please see individual product descriptions for details.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and pack your order within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • NZ & International Orders: Orders ship directly from Auckland with standard courier timeframes.
  • Samoa Orders: Products purchased locally in Samoa are handled via cash sales and pickup.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our New Zealand hub. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. If your country does not appear in the shipping options, please contact us directly at vaoalavanilla@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

Important Note on Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur additional costs including (but not limited to) customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by your local authorities. These costs are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
