Our Extract-Grade beans are processed with the same care as our premium grades. They are classed as extract-grade (previously known as Low Grade) because they are split, under-sized, or have lower moisture content but they are still wonderfully aromatic and flavorful.

Storage Tips:
Vanilla beans continue to naturally process (losing some moisture content) even after packing. Wrap opened beans in wax paper and store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate.
