Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur once purchased items have been dispatched (shipped/couriered).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns/Refunds
There is a 14-day return/refund policy on non-Vaoala Vanilla products (e.g., drop-shipping international products) with the following conditions applicable. Shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer and at their own expense.
1. Proof of date received is provided (image of packaging with date clearly visible)
2. Reason for a return/refund is deemed reasonable and within our ethics of doing business and customer satisfaction.

Lost Orders
We do not offer refunds on non-delivery or lost orders. We will continue to follow-up on our orders with the Courier Freight Services on behalf of our customer. A partial refund on non-deliveries that are more than 90 Days delayed from shipment date might be considered in very special circumstances that will be determined by the Owner of www.vaoalavanilla.com at the time of communication with the Customer.
