Shipping Information

Due to current COVID-19 SOE border restrictions for Samoa and other countries, you can expect lengthy time delays for international shipping and airfreight. 

We will provide regular updates for our customer orders and will endeavour to get your precious Vaoala Vanilla products to you as quickly as possible

All of our products are shipped from the home of Vaoala Vanilla - Samoa. Shipping from a Pacific island is very expensive and we have tried to keep the shipping rates as affordable as we can. We make every effort to process and pack orders within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays) and with flights currently limited to one per week out of Samoa to Auckland New Zealand, we therefore ask you to please allow an extra 10-20 days (on top of normal delivery timeframe) for your order to be delivered. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. 

All international orders are shipped via Samoa Post EMS (Express Mail Service) with country shipping rates added at Checkout.

Please contact us if your country is not listed in the Shipping profiles and we will assist.

Please note: International orders may incur additional costs including but not limited to custom and import fees, taxes and duties.  When purchasing through Vaoala Vanilla, you are liable for any of these additional costs as they are not included in our pricing.
